Welcome to Slicers Golf Club. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from slicersgolfclub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Website Ownership and Use

This website is operated by Slicers Golf Club and hosted on the Wix platform. All content, graphics, product designs, logos, comics, and text are the intellectual property of Slicers Golf Club and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order on our website:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion

  • Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or third-party gateways (PayPal, Stripe)

  • California sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California addresses

4. Products and Fulfillment

All products are made to order through our trusted third-party fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer custom designs and community-specific items, but means orders take longer to arrive than standard retail:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2-5 business days. Production Time: Each item is custom printed and usually completed within 3-7 business days. Shipping Time: Once fulfilled, orders are shipped via standard delivery and generally arrive within 5-10 business days (U.S. only).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on items and delivery address. Since we use multiple fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions

  • We are not responsible for delays once an order has shipped

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, additional shipping fees apply for redelivery

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition Non-Returnable: Custom/personalized items (community logos, names) unless defective Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item to original payment method

Defective Items: Report within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund at no cost.

7. Community Features and Guidelines

Local Communities

  • Community participation should be respectful and inclusive

  • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior tolerated

  • We reserve the right to remove members who violate community standards

  • Local meetups and events are organized by community members, not directly by Slicers Golf Club

  • Slicers Golf Club is not liable for injuries or incidents during community events

User-Generated Content

  • By submitting photos, reviews, or content, you grant us right to use for marketing purposes

  • You retain ownership but allow us promotional use

  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

8. Intellectual Property

Slicers Brand

  • All Slicers logos, designs, and original content are owned by Slicers Golf Club

  • Original comics and artwork are protected intellectual property

  • Unauthorized use of our brand elements is prohibited

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site's functionality

  • Violate intellectual property rights of Slicers Golf Club or others

Slicers Golf Club is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to errors, interruptions, delays in service, or community event participation. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of products.
