All Slicers Golf Club products are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer custom community designs and personalized items, but means orders take longer than standard retail.

Order Processing & Fulfillment
Processing Time: 2-5 business days to process and send to production Production Time: 3-7 business days for custom printing (varies by product type and volume) Shipping Time: 5-10 business days via standard delivery (U.S. only)
Total Timeline: Most orders arrive within 10-22 business days from order date.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

• Calculated at checkout based on items and delivery address

• Orders may arrive in multiple packages due to multiple fulfillment locations

If packages are returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses:

• Customer responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Issues with Delivery
For lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages, contact hello@slicersgolf.com. We'll work to resolve issues, but have limited control once packages are with shipping carriers.
